Karen Ng is a Human Resource Development Practitioner; a Master Trainer, Coach and Consultant for Trapologist at Work (‘Leading Self’ programme by David M. R. Covey; a certified trainer for The Multiplier Experience (‘Leading Others’ programme by Liz Wiseman); a certified coach for the Multipliers Coaching System; a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach; and a certified Action Learning Coach/Set Advisor.

 

Karen has over 23 years of experience working with different organisational levels to create, promote, and deliver learning solutions and organisation development interventions, designed to support an organisation’s strategic and business needs. Her areas of experience include Personal Effectiveness and Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development, Team Alignment, Change Management, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Strengths Development and Coaching, and Action Learning Coaching/Set Advising. She has worked with organisations in the armed security, banking, broadcasting, education, healthcare, manufacturing, market research and tourism industries, and the social enterprise and non-profit organisation sectors. 

 

Karen’s corporate experience included stints with a statutory board, an American software company, a legal firm, and the longest in the banking industry. Her functional experience spanned general administration, credit administration, branch operations, sales, and human resource development. At her last corporate role, she was a Vice President at the Talent & Organisation Development Division of a regional bank in Singapore.
